Construction of 8 Boutique Townhouses over Basement.
The project was constructed on a busy corner block overlooking Merri Park in Northcote and incorporated
multi-level construction with Roof Decks, Basement Habitable Rooms and the reconstruction of a Heritage Factory which originally sat on the site.
High End finishes include Natural Stone HP Laminate, Exposed Concrete Floor Finishes, Oak Engineered Flooring and top of the line carpet.
The striking façade was achieved by utilising standing Seam Colorbond Cladding, Recycled Bricks and Painted concrete bricks.
Despite being entirely constructed during the COVID19 Pandemic, our team worked tirelessly to minimise delays, through Programme Staging and off site construction initiatives.
