Our Directors

Ian Hall

As Managing Director, Ian runs the UnisonCG business and day to day operations. He is actively involved in all UnisonCG Projects offering high level support to the team in addition to his Project Director Role. Ian has 30 Years’ Experience and brings a strong business acumen along with extensive business leadership, exceptional technical and planning expertise.

Scott McVilly

As a founding Director, Scott brings more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. Scott is a Registered Commercial Building Practitioner and provides technical and business management support to the UnisonCG Team.

Ross Clarke

Ross is a founding Director and brings over 30 years of construction experience to that role. Ross is a Registered Commercial and Domestic Building Practitioner and provides strategic management support to the UnisonCG Team.

Management

Alan Cusack

In his role as Non Executive Director, Alan provides a high level strategic support to the Directors . Having been with UnisonCG since it's inception his role is focussed on maintaining the strong growth, market exposure of the business along with responsibility for Client Relations. With almost 30 years of international experience in Australia, UK, Europe and NZ, his broad experience . Alan is a Registered Commercial Building Practitioner having delivered over 300 Projects across multiple sectors.

Our Approach

Understanding our clients’ needs and delivering quality outcomes is the focus of our business model.
To enable this we:
• Allocate appropriate staff to the projects and invest time in planning all aspects of the delivery process, from procurement to on site delivery.
• Engage specialised and experienced subcontractors, with suitable resources to allow us to meet our timing and quality commitments.
• Utilise our Integrated Management System to monitor and report on all aspects of our projects.
• Collaborate with Architects and Consultants to pro-actively manage issues as they occur, to minimise their impact on projects.
• Offer and maintain a high level of communication and transparency throughout the entire process.
