Demolition of existing Administration Building and Construction of new 2 Storey Building.
The works had to be completed while demolishing and then rebuilding around the school Communications Room and Main School Switchboard. The works were completed without interruption to either.
The building has a high level of Architectural detailing, which required impeccable management and implementation.
The project also included a second stage multi classroom and common area refurbishment.
